Mining equipment is the hardest service bronze will ever see: dust and grit get into every joint, loads arrive as shocks rather than smooth forces, and a failed bushing stops a production line counted in tons per hour. High-leaded tin bronze is the traditional answer for a reason — its lead phase embeds grit and its surface tolerates momentary metal-to-metal contact, protecting the shaft.

We supply the bronze consumables of mining maintenance: crusher socket liners and eccentric bushings, haul-truck suspension components, shovel pivot bushings, pump and conveyor bushings, and custom cast spares. Parts leave our plant fully machined, so your fitting crew spends minutes on installation, not hours on refitting.
