Bronze Bearing Sleeve for Mining & Heavy Equipment

A bronze bearing sleeve is a plain bearing element that carries a rotating or sliding shaft, reduces friction and wear, and holds the shaft in position. In mining and heavy equipment it is often the part that decides how long a gearbox, pump, crusher or conveyor drive can run between shutdowns. Xinxiang Haishan Machinery casts and machines these sleeves to your drawing, or reverse-engineers them from a worn sample when no drawing is available.

Design and materials

Sleeve geometry, wall thickness, oil grooves and clearance are matched to the shaft and housing it will run in. Common grades include C93200 (SAE 660) tin bronze for medium loads, C93700 where dirt and grit are present, C95400 and C95800 aluminum bronze for shock and heavy wear, and C86300 manganese bronze for high-strength applications. Manufacturing and inspection

Sleeves can be produced by centrifugal casting, sand casting or metal mold casting, then finished with in-house CNC machining to drawing tolerance. Centrifugal casting gives a denser structure than sand casting for the same alloy. Each batch is checked with spectrometer composition analysis and hardness testing in our own laboratory before shipment, and we also supply OEM replacement parts matched to original material specifications.
