For complex geometries, large parts and low volumes: sand casting lets us produce intricate cast bronze parts without the cost of dedicated tooling.

Permanent metal molds give repeatable dimensions and a fine surface on medium production runs — lower cost per piece than sand on volume.

Turning, milling, boring, drilling, grooving and threading — all under one roof, on castings we poured ourselves.

In-house material analysis and dimensional inspection on every batch: chemistry, hardness, structure and final size verification.
