In-house material analysis and dimensional inspection on every batch: chemistry, hardness, structure and final size verification.
A bearing part's life is decided by material and measurement. We keep both under internal control — chemical composition of each melt is analyzed in our in-house laboratory, and every finished part is dimensionally checked against the drawing before it is packed.
Where you require it — typically for mining and OEM-replacement orders — we provide material certificates documenting composition against the alloy standard.
Inspection covers chemistry, hardness, internal soundness, and final dimensions on critical features such as bores, keys and seats. Parts that do not conform do not ship; that is a policy, not a promise.
