Cone Crusher Eccentric Bushings
Bronze eccentric bushings for cone crusher main shafts — precise keyway and bore geometry, cast and machined to OEM dimensions.
The eccentric bushing sits in the cone crusher's eccentric assembly and makes the main shaft gyrate, driving the crushing motion. Its bore, keyway and counterweight geometry must be held to tight tolerance — a loose fit accelerates wear on the bushing, shaft and socket.
We cast eccentric bushings in bronze chosen for load and contamination resistance, machine bore and keyway on CNC, and balance-check the assembly geometry before delivery. We supply straight replacements for OEM parts and machined-from-sample copies where old parts have been re-turned for a second life.
Provide the crusher model or a drawing/sample; our engineers verify dimensions and recommend the alloy based on your operating conditions (load, rpm, lubrication type).
