Crushing plants run long shifts in abrasive dust. Their crusher assemblies depend on bronze bearings that must survive continual grit ingress: socket liners, eccentric bushings, step plates and toggle components. When one fails, the whole line stops.

We supply replacement bronze parts for major crusher brands and their equivalents, cast and fully machined from the same alloys the original designs specify. Send us the machine model, a drawing, or the worn part, and we confirm dimensions before production.

Many aggregate operators keep our parts as standby stock after a first order — not because they plan for failure, but because a dig-out spares box beats a 3-week lead time hands down.
