Single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers rely on a set of bronze wear components to carry eccentric motion, absorb thrust and protect the main frame. Because these parts sit inside the crushing chamber assembly, wear on any one of them can affect clearance, oil flow and overall machine stability. Haishan Machinery casts and machines this bronze accessory set to drawing or to a worn sample, so replacement parts match the original fit and material.

Materials and casting methods
Material selection follows the working position. High-lead tin bronze such as C93200 (SAE 660) and C93700 is commonly used for frame and eccentric bushings where load and lubrication conditions suit it. Aluminum bronze such as C95400 and C95800 is often chosen for plates, thrust bearings and sliding rings where higher hardness and mechanical strength are useful. We also cast C86300 manganese bronze and C90700 tin bronze when a drawing specifies them. Upper and lower plates are typically produced by metal mold casting, while thrust bearings and sliding rings are often made by centrifugal casting for denser structure. Frame and eccentric bushings can be sand cast or centrifugally cast depending on size and quantity.
Machining and inspection
Castings are machined in-house on CNC equipment to the dimensions on your drawing, including bore, flange, oil groove and chamfer details. Each batch goes through spectrometer composition checking and hardness testing in our own laboratory before shipment.
