We are a Chinese manufacturer of custom bronze wear components — cast and machined in one plant, shipped to machinery owners on every continent.
What We Do
Xinxiang Haishan Machinery Co., Ltd. makes the bronze parts that keep heavy machinery moving: bushings, bearings, crusher wear components and custom copper-alloy castings. Our focus is the wear parts of mining and heavy equipment — the positions where dirt, shock and long shifts punish material the hardest.
One Plant, Whole Responsibility
Most bronze parts travel between a foundry and a machine shop, with tolerances, distortion and schedules negotiated across two companies. Our foundry — centrifugal, sand and metal-mold casting — sits beside our CNC machine shop. Casting and machining in one plant means one party owns the entire tolerance chain, one schedule, one responsible supplier for the finished part.
Engineered for Service, Not for the Catalog
Every inquiry is answered by engineers who recommend the alloy, confirm dimensions and flag design issues before you pay for anything. We regularly reverse-engineer worn or failed parts — a sample, a part number, or even a set of photos is enough to start. Our in-house material lab analyzes each melt, and material certificates are available where your operation requires them.
13+ Years of Export Experience
Since the beginning we have served export customers: mining operations and equipment owners in Australia, Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa and North America. We quote in clear Incoterms, pack for sea or air freight, and handle export documentation in-house. Urgent parts ship by air; planned spares travel by sea.
