Cone Crusher Socket Liners
High-leaded bronze socket liners (bowl-shaped bearing seats) for cone crushers, cast and machined to match original equipment dimensions.
The socket liner is the bowl-shaped bronze bearing at the bottom of a cone crusher's main shaft assembly. It carries the entire crushing force and rotates continuously under massive load and contamination — which is why it wears and must be replaced periodically.
We cast socket liners in high-leaded tin bronze for its combination of strength, embeddability and resistance to seizure under heavy, gritty loads, then machine the full geometry in-house: spherical seat, bore, and lubrication passages. We work from your OEM part number, a drawing, or a worn sample reverse-engineered in our workshop.
Tell us the crusher make and model — common names we supply regularly include Symons, Metso, Sandvik, Telsmith and their equivalents — and we will confirm dimensions against your sample or drawing before production.
