Cylindrical Bronze Bushings

Plain and slotted cylindrical bronze bushings, machined to your drawings in high-leaded tin bronze, phosphor bronze or aluminum bronze.

Cylindrical Bronze Bushings

Cylindrical bronze bushings are the workhorses of rotating and oscillating machinery — they carry sliding loads, absorb shock and protect expensive shafts from wear. We produce them in a wide diameter range, from small replaceable bushes in pumps and gearboxes to large bushings used in heavy mining equipment.

All our cylindrical bushings are cast in-house (centrifugal or sand casting depending on size and quantity), then CNC-machined to your tolerance and finish requirements. We also finish-bore and ream in-house, so roundness, concentricity and wall uniformity are controlled in one place — no hand-off between foundry and machine shop.

Applications include crushers, excavators, gearboxes, pumps, marine equipment, winches and general heavy machinery. Supply as machined blanks or fully finished: pin holes, oil grooves and lubrication slots are machined exactly per drawing.
