Custom Cast Bronze Parts

Not every copper component lives on a shelf. We cast custom bronze and copper-alloy parts from your drawing: gears, worm wheels, nut blocks, slide plates, impellers, gland bushings, thrust washers, wear plates, and anything else that benefits from cast copper alloy.

We run three casting processes in-house — centrifugal casting for symmetrical blanks, sand casting for complex shapes and large parts, and metal-mold (die) casting for repeatable medium runs — and pair them with our CNC shop for finished machining. Casting and machining in one plant means one supplier owns the whole tolerance chain, fewer freight movements, and faster delivery.
