Flanged Bronze Bushings
Single- and double-flanged bronze bushings for axial and radial load support, machined complete from cast bronze with the flange integral to the body.
A flanged bushing carries both radial and axial loads: the cylindrical part supports the shaft, while the flange acts as a thrust face preventing axial displacement. We machine flanged bushings from a single cast blank, so the flange is integral with the body — no press-fit, brazed or bolted-on designs that can separate under load.
Flanges can be plain or drilled for bolting to housings, and we machine lubrication grooves on both the bore and the flange face. Common applications are gearboxes, pumps, rolling mills, marine shaft systems and construction machinery such as excavator boom pins and slew pinions.
