Cast bronze impellers, valve seat rings and hydraulic components — corrosion-resistant alloys with the machining accuracy pumps demand.
Pumps and valves send bronze home: seawater pumps, boiler feed pumps, chemical process valves and hydraulic systems all use copper alloys for corrosion resistance, non-seizing behavior and machinability.
We cast and machine pump impellers, casings and wear rings, valve seat rings and guide bushings, and hydraulic cylinder and motor components. For seawater and corrosive service we recommend tin bronze or aluminum bronze with the corrosion resistance those positions require; for standard water and oil service, standard tin bronzes keep cost down.
Impellers in particular need balanced, accurately formed vanes to perform; our machining speaks for itself on vibration-free pump operation.
