Hydraulic Gate Bronze Bushing for Water Control Equipment

Hydraulic gates, hoists and water control equipment rely on bushings that keep pivots and trunnions moving smoothly under load, moisture and infrequent lubrication. Xinxiang Haishan Machinery casts and machines bronze bushings for these positions, matching the alloy and dimensions of the original part so it fits the housing and shaft without rework.

Design & materials

Water control machinery usually calls for alloys that resist corrosion as well as wear. Tin bronzes such as C93200 (SAE 660) and C90700 are common choices for medium-load pivots, while aluminum bronzes like C95400 and C86300 are used where higher strength and impact resistance are needed. We can also cast to Chinese grades such as ZCuSn10P1 or match a grade you specify.

Typical applications

These bushings are used on gate hinges, trunnion bearings, hoist drum and sheave positions, and linkage pins in dams, sluices and irrigation structures. Manufacturing & inspection

We handle pattern making, melting, casting and machining in one workshop. Each heat is checked with spectrometer composition analysis, and finished parts are hardness tested in our own laboratory before dispatch. If you only have a worn part, we can reverse engineer it and reproduce the geometry and alloy.
