Excavator and loader linkage pins move slowly under enormous load, in dust, often for hundreds of hours without a grease gun visit. The bushing carrying that pin must be tough, embed contamination and be economical to replace — which is exactly the profile of cast bronze machined to the pin size.
We supply cylindrical and flanged bushings for excavator boom, arm and bucket pins, wheel loader articulation and bucket pins, crane slew rings and telescopic boom components. Sizes, groove patterns, grease holes and materials are machined per drawing or per your original part measurement.
Our standard practice is to confirm diameters, clearances and lubrication layout with you before production, so the first fit is a finish fit.
