Drill bushings guide rotating tooling and shafts in drilling and rock-handling equipment, where misalignment and abrasive fines quickly damage ordinary wear parts. We cast and machine these bushings as one integrated process, so the bore, flange and locating faces stay concentric with the alloy structure you specify. Whether you need a replacement for a worn OEM part or a new design from a drawing, the geometry and material are matched to your application.
Design & materials
Bronze drill bushings are usually specified in tin bronze or leaded tin bronze for moderate loads and good machinability, while aluminum bronze and manganese bronze are chosen where impact and heavy abrasion are present. Common grades include C93200 (SAE 660), C93700, C95400, C86300 and C90700, and we can cast to a named grade or match the original part's composition. Wall thickness, lubrication grooves, oil holes and flange dimensions are produced to your drawing.

Typical applications
These bushings are used in drilling rigs, crusher and mill assemblies, pump and valve bodies, and general heavy equipment pivot points. Manufacturing & inspection
We run centrifugal, sand and metal mold casting in one foundry, then machine and inspect in the same facility. Each batch is checked for chemical composition and hardness, and dimensions are verified against the drawing before packing.
