When your component is difficult to handle because it needs multiple operations — turning, milling, drilling, threading, keyways, dowel holes in one setup — our CNC shop keeps it all under one roof. We machine cast bronze blanks we pour ourselves, plus copper bar and forged input material.

We handle pump impellers and casings, valve seat rings, hydraulic cylinder components, electrical switchgear contacts, and general machined parts in copper, bronze or brass. Batch sizes from single trial pieces to regular production runs.

Send the drawing and tell us the annual quantity; we will quote material, machining and a delivery schedule. Quality control includes material certificate traceability when required.
