Tapered Bronze Bushings for Crushers & Heavy Equipment
Custom tapered bronze bushings cast and machined to drawing or worn sample, for cone crushers and heavy equipment where a tapered bore carries combined radial and thrust load.
A tapered bronze bushing works as a sliding bearing: the shaft rotates against a lubricated bronze bore, and the taper lets the fit be adjusted along the axis while carrying combined radial and thrust load. In cone crushers and similar heavy equipment, this geometry is often used where a straight cylindrical bore would be difficult to seat or preload. Haishan casts and machines tapered bushings to your drawing, or reverse-engineers them from a worn sample when drawings are not available.
Design and material selection
Taper angle, bore size, wall thickness and lubrication grooves are made to your drawing. Material is matched to the duty: tin bronze such as C93200 (SAE 660) for general medium-load service, C93700 where dirt or grit is present, and aluminum bronze such as C95400 or C86300 where higher strength and impact resistance are needed. Alloy choice is confirmed against the original part where a sample is supplied.

Manufacturing and inspection
Bushings are produced by centrifugal, sand or metal mold casting depending on size and quantity, then machined in-house on CNC equipment to the required taper and tolerance.
