C90500 Bronze Bushing for Heavy Equipment

C90500 is a tin bronze alloy that combines good wear resistance with reliable load capacity, making it a practical choice for bushings in mining and heavy equipment. As a cast bronze, it also offers useful corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity, so it suits sliding contact points where lubrication may be intermittent and where replacing a part should be straightforward. Design & materials

C90500 tin bronze is typically selected for medium-load, moderate-speed sliding bearings. Depending on the duty cycle, we may also suggest C93200 (SAE 660) or C93700 for similar bushing applications, or C95400 aluminum bronze where higher strength and impact resistance are needed. Typical applications

C90500 bushings are commonly used in crushers, conveyors, pumps and other heavy equipment where a bronze wear surface protects a steel shaft. Centrifugal casting is often used for cylindrical bushings because it produces a denser structure than sand casting. Every batch is checked for chemical composition and hardness in our own laboratory, and critical dimensions are verified before packing.
