Cone crushers rely on a set of bronze wear components to carry eccentric loads, hold alignment and protect the main frame and shaft. For spring and Symons-type machines, this set typically includes the bowl liner (bowl瓦), main shaft bushing, frame bushing, round plates and drive shaft sleeve. Each part works inside a defined clearance, so fit and material consistency matter as much as the alloy itself.
Design & materials
Bronze parts for cone crushers are usually specified by the original machine drawing, with the alloy matched to load, speed and lubrication conditions. Common choices include C93200 (SAE 660) tin bronze for general bushing duty, C93700 where dirt or grit is present, and C95400 aluminium bronze for higher impact and load. The main shaft bushing, often conical in shape, protects the shaft and helps maintain the correct eccentric running clearance; the frame bushing protects the main frame bore; the drive shaft sleeve supports the countershaft and influences bevel gear mesh.

Typical applications

Manufacturing & inspection
We combine casting and machining in-house, using sand casting, centrifugal casting or metal mold casting depending on part geometry and quantity. Centrifugal casting is typically used for cylindrical bushings where a denser structure is preferred. Each batch is checked with spectrometer composition analysis and hardness testing before shipment.
