CNC Machining

Turning, milling, boring, drilling, grooving and threading — all under one roof, on castings we poured ourselves.

Every casting we sell can leave as a finished part, because our CNC shop sits beside the foundry. Lathes, mills, boring and drilling operations cover the full workflow from weighty rough turn to fine bore finishing and complex milled features.

Having casting and machining in one plant removes the classic supply chain problem: foundry tolerances, distortion during rough machining, and transport damage between shops. We control the entire tolerance chain, on one schedule, with one responsible party.

Operations include CNC turning, milling, internal boring, drilling, threading, keyway and oil-groove cutting, and final reaming. Ship to us a drawing — or a sample and target dimensions — and we handle everything to the finished part.
