C93500 Bronze Bushing for Mining & Heavy Equipment

C93500 is a high-lead tin bronze that combines good load capacity with the conformability and embeddability sliding bearings need. It is a common choice for bushings that run against steel shafts under moderate to heavy load, where a soft, forgiving bearing surface helps reduce scoring and seizure risk. Design & materials

C93500 (also referenced as SAE 660 family leaded tin bronze) offers good machinability, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance in many industrial environments. Where loads are higher or shock is present, we can review aluminium bronze grades such as C95400 or manganese bronze C86300 instead. Final grade selection depends on load, speed, lubrication and contamination in your application.

Manufacturing & inspection

We offer centrifugal casting, sand casting and metal mold casting, followed by in-house CNC machining. Centrifugal casting typically produces denser wall sections than sand casting, which suits bushing service. Each batch is checked with spectrometer composition analysis and hardness testing in our own laboratory before shipment.
