Yes. We measure worn samples and reconstruct the original geometry, factoring in typical wear patterns to estimate as-new dimensions where a part is fully worn.

For general-purpose bushings, C93200 (SAE 660). For very gritty or poorly lubricated service, C93700. For high loads or seawater, C95400 aluminum bronze. Tell us your load, speed, lubrication and environment and we will recommend the alloy.

Low — we supply samples and trial orders for new customers. Production quantities are quoted per drawing.

Typical production time is 2-4 weeks depending on casting process and quantity; urgent parts can be air-freighted. Confirmed lead time is always stated on your quotation.

Yes — casting and CNC machining are both in-house, so parts can ship fully machined: bored, reamed, grooved, keyways cut, threaded.

Yes. Composition is analyzed in-house per melt, and material certificates are available on request, typically required for mining and OEM-replacement orders.
