Reverse-Engineered Eccentric Bushing from a Worn Sample

Challenge

An aggregate plant had a failed eccentric bushing, no drawing and no local supplier; the crusher was down.

Solution

We measured the worn sample, reconstructed the original geometry, recommended C93200, and shipped a fully machined replacement.

Result

The crusher returned to production in weeks, and the plant now keeps our part in its scheduled spares list.
