Flanged Bushings for a Pump Rebuild Program

Challenge

A pump service shop rebuilding industrial pumps needed a steady supply of integral-flange flanged bushings in specific sizes, machined complete.

Solution

We supplied C93200 flanged bushings, single-flanged with drilled bolt holes and internal lubrication grooves, machined complete in batches.

Result

The shop eliminated an extra machining subcontractor and now rebuilds pumps with parts that fit first time.
